01 / How it works
One task, handled the same way every time.
Most of what slows a small team down is the same few steps, repeated. Here is what happens once one of them is automated.
- Step 1Something happens.A form is filled out, an invoice goes overdue, or it is Monday and the report is due.
- Step 2The system does the first pass.It writes the reply, sends the reminder or pulls the numbers, using your wording and your rules.
- Step 3It is written down.Every action is logged in a sheet you own, so you can see what was sent and when.
- Step 4It follows up.If nobody answers, it tries again on the schedule you chose.
- Step 5A person takes over. When someone replies or a decision is needed, it stops and hands it to you.
02 / What we build
Five places to start.
Each one is a small system on its own, and you can start with one.
A written reply to every new enquiry within minutes, at any hour, and follow-ups that stop when the lead answers.
Named decision makers with checked emails, one person per company, with the dead addresses taken out.
Sending domains, warmup, the copy, and the campaign loaded and tested before it sends.
Overdue invoices get a reminder written from the invoice details, and your sheet is updated when it goes out.
The things you check by hand each week, gathered, scored and sent to your inbox or Slack on a schedule.
03 / How it starts
You see the price before any work starts.
We start with one task, so you can judge the work before deciding on more.
- A short callYou walk us through the task that takes the most time, step by step.
- Scope and price in writingWhat we will build, how long it takes and what it costs.
- We build it in your accountsSo it is yours, and nothing lives on a login you can't see.
- You watch it runOn real examples, before it is switched on for good.
04 / Questions
Common questions.
What does it cost?
It depends on the task. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
Usually not. We connect to what you already have: your forms, inbox, sheets and CRM. If something of yours can't be connected, we will tell you on the call.
Who owns it?
You do. It is built inside your accounts.
What does the AI part do?
It writes first drafts and sorts things: a reply, a reminder, a score. You decide which ones send on their own and which wait for a person to approve.
What do you need from us?
Access to the tools involved, one example of the task done well, and about half an hour.
